visualabWe give below a summary of the latest information from California Air Resources Board (ARB).
This is also based on our discussions today with Mr.Paul Milkey of ARB.

1. ARB requires that Ocean Going Vessel’s (OGV) to switch to distillates, either MDO or MGO with less than 0.10% sulfur when the vessels are within 24 nautical miles of California Coastline. This is as per their OGV regulations which have been in place since 2009.
